The new school year begins on September 3 for Students Grade 1 to 7. Students will attend one hour: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Students in grades 1 to 7 will line up at their usual spot, and report to last year’s teacher at 9:00 a.m. for attendance. Students will stay with last year’s teachers for the first week.
Grade 1 to 7 Students NEW to Montecito School will meet at the under cover area behind our school. Teachers will greet our new students, and introduce them to the classrooms they will be in for the remainder of the week.
All students will be dismissed at 10:00 a.m. on September 3.
Regular school hours will begin on September 4. Please ensure your child brings a water bottle, recess snack and lunch.
Our goal is to have students placed in their permanent classrooms by Monday September 9, after school district approval. Should we see a change in enrolment, this could be delayed by a day or two.
